During your team-building experience at Red & Jerry's, there's a distinct possibility that you will make a new friend from someone you may have known for years!

We offer a team-building experience that is different from all others because you design it.  You select the games and challenges that best suits your group.  Customize your team-building based on your budget, your co-workers and the goals of your group

The following guide will assist you in designing a day everyone will remember!

Step 1

When would you like to have your team-building experience?

What day of the week works best for your group?

What time of day works best for your group?

Do you have a specific date in mind?

Step 2

How many co-workers will attend this event?

Is everyone already separated into teams (i.e. by department at work)?

Would you prefer teams to be randomly selected?

How many teams do you foresee now?  _________Teams of _________People

(Please keep in mind that the same number of people on each team is best for even scoring purposes.  This is a guide to aid in your planning, Red & Jerry's will require a definite number of teams and members on each prior to your event.)

Step 3

Is this event in conjunction with another meeting?

If so, where does the team-building fit in with the time frame of the other meeting?

Do you need a private room or catering for the other meeting?

How long would you like the team-building to last?

Do you foresee needing any of these items that are available on premise- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks?

Step 4

Would you like teams to receive prizes?

Are you providing prizes, or would you like Red & Jerrys to provide them?

Do you have an idea about the kinds of events at your team-building meeting?

What are the goals of the meeting?

Step 5

Choose your games.

Ask your Sales Coordinator for a listing of current games and other Team-Building exercises.
