Memorial Banquet Package

A Memorial Service is a unique way to honor the memory of a loved one who has died, to express love and affection and most of all to celebrate a life.  Let us help take the stress out of planning this event.

Fanatix has seating for 40-200 with 12 screens you can use to display photo slideshows or home videos of your loved one.  We have a state of the art audio visual system with wired and wireless microphones for speakers or readings, and sound system with an iPod hookup to play your selection of music. We will also provide a skirted memory table for you to display photos, mementos, military ribbons and medals, hobby items, awards, newspaper articles, and artwork.

The following buffets and pricings are available for your memorial service:

Fiesta Buffet:  Build your own beef burritos, cheese enchiladas, pinto beans, Mexican rice, tortilla chips, shredded cheese, jalapeños and other toppings.

Italian Buffet:  Sausage Lasagna, marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, penne pasta, vegetables, salad bar, and garlic bread.

BBQ Buffet:  BBQ Beef and Chicken, Hoagie Rolls, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad and Chips.

Other buffet options are available on request, but these are our most popular.

Other important information:

  • Lemonade and Ice Tea are included in all buffets. Unlimited soft drinks may be added for $1.35 per person.
  • No charge for children 4 and under; children 5-10 years old are half price.
  • A final guest count is needed 72 hours prior to your event.
  • A 20% facility fee is added to the pricing and that covers ALL additional costs including linens, audio visual, service, etc.
  • Sales tax of 7.85% will be added to the food total.
  • A Deposit of $250 is needed to hold the room for your date.
  • These prices are for Sunday – Thursday events.  Friday/ Saturday pricing will vary.
  • You may bring a cake or dessert, skirted cake table will be provided.
