The Event Center is a three-tiered room with seating for up to 250 people.  It comes with state of the art audio visual- microphones, sound system, DVD, laptop hookup, ipod hookup, projector/big screen and 5 side monitors.  A small stage is at the front of the room and a podium is available.  A beautiful built in bar is at the back of the room and a landing for breaks or registration is right outside the main entrance.  We have additional facilities for up to 750 for awards programs.

The following buffets are available for sports team parties.  We offer all inclusive prices that cover ALL additional costs including linens (team colors available), audio visual, service, etc… Room rental, A/V fees, and Facility Fees are waived for school teams and groups.

Buffet Options:

Fiesta Buffet:  Build your own beef burritos, cheese enchiladas, pinto beans, Mexican rice, tortilla chips, shredded cheese, jalapeños and other toppings.

Italian Buffet:  Sausage Lasagna, marinara sauce, Alf redo sauce, penne pasta, vegetables, salad bar, and garlic bread.

BBQ Buffet:  BBQ Beef and Chicken, Hoagie Rolls, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad and Chips.

Other buffet options are available on request, but these are our most popular.
We have discounts for groups over 200.

Other important information:

• Tax of 7.85% will be added unless we have a copy of a tax-exempt form on file.
• A Deposit of $750 is needed to hold the room for your date.
• A final guest count is needed 72 hours prior to your event.
• It is highly recommended that all Audio-visual is tested prior to the event.
• You may bring a cake or dessert.
  
• Lemonade and Ice Tea are included in all buffets.  Unlimited sodas may be added for $1.50 per person.
